How does the rental work?

Booking is easy. Choose your van, dates and pick-up point. We hand over the van with a full briefing so you can hit the road worry-free. On return, bring it back to the same pick-up point.

What's included in the price?

Everything you need to hit the road is already included. Full kitchen, bed linen, pillows, towels, outdoor table and chairs, gas bottle, chemical WC product, post-trip cleaning, 24/7 roadside assistance and electrical independence with solar panels. All with no extra costs.

Are the vans truly self-sufficient?

Absolutely. Our vans are equipped with solar panels and autonomous systems to give you maximum freedom. Stop wherever you want, without depending on campsites or constant hook-ups.

What's the cancellation policy?

Plans can change. With HOLO BASE you lock in the best price with the option to change your dates within specific terms. With HOLO FLEX you travel worry-free and can cancel under flexible conditions.

How does the pre-authorization work?

At pick-up we authorize a €2,000 hold on your credit card (it must be a credit card, and can be different from the one you used for the online booking). It is not a charge — your available credit is temporarily reduced. On return we release the full hold if there is no damage; otherwise we only capture the damage amount.

HOLO VAN is a premium camper van rental service based in Varedo, near Milan, Italy. We offer a fleet of fully equipped camper vans, ready to hit the road.

How much does it cost to rent a camper van?

Rental starts at €75 per day, all-inclusive: kitchen, linen, 24/7 assistance and solar independence. A one-off van preparation fee and a daily service fee are added on top; the final price depends on the van, the season and the length of the trip. You see the full, transparent total before you confirm.

Do I need a special licence?

No. All our vans can be driven with a standard category B driving licence — no special licence required.

Where do I pick up and return the van?

Our base is in Varedo, north of Milan, where pick-up is included. On request we also arrange pick-up and drop-off at Milan Malpensa, Linate and Orio al Serio airports, for a surcharge.
